A successful design is the result of sound engineering and the best operational practices.

“If you think good design is expensive, you should look at the cost of bad design.”

The Process Technology Division focuses on engineering work for full-field development projects and/or processing plants involving gas processing, crude oil, and produced water treatment.
Our scope involves the full spectrum of upstream facilities from the wellhead, gathering networks, primary separation units, processing and stabilization facilities, takeaway and transport infrastructure, and waste treatment facilities, among others.
THE DIVISION SPECIALIZES IN THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES FOR CONVENTIONAL AND UNCONVENTIONAL FIELDS:
- Crude Oil Treatment.
- Hydrocarbon Stabilization Processes.
- Gas Processing and Compression Facilities.
- Produced Water Treatment for Secondary Recovery Projects, EOR, Reuse, or Disposal.
- Flow-Back Water Treatment.
- Water Filtration, Softening, and Deoxygenation.
- Slop Oil and Slop Water Treatment.
- Separation and Emulsion Treatment Processes.
- Solids Removal, Cleaning & Dewatering.
- Early Production Facilities (EPF).
- Vapor Recovery Units (VRU) and Vapor Handling Systems.
- Heat Recovery Systems and Waste Heat Recovery Units (WHRU).
- Side-Streams to Energy.
